GREENHOUSE PRODUCE

We are a small greenhouse operation near Courtland, Ontario. We currently grow boston lettuce, butter blends, small green romaine, and pea tenders.

Most of our production is focused on boston lettuce going into retail (ie. Grocery stores and markets). The butter blend lettuce and pea tenders are delivered into food service (ie. Restaurants).

When we originally planned to grow our product in a greenhouse, we knew that greenhouse growing experience was an essential part of that. We then decided to partner with Henry Friesen, who has been a hydroponic greenhouse grower/manager for 20 years. He is an essential part of our day to day growing operation. Due to Henry’s expertise, we produce consistent, quality product; meeting and exceeding the strictest of requirements.

We are very adaptable as far as butter blend lettuce varieties and can customize packaging as needed. We currently pack into clams with and without roots, individually package into bags, and package in bulk. All our packaging is 100% recyclable.
